Cobham SATCOM needs to strengthen the Digital Hardware team
As Cobham SATCOM expands its business, we are searching for junior Digital Hardware developers to join or team at our Lyngby site.
Cobham SATCOM is a leading manufacturer of satellite communication systems, used for maritime, aviation and land purposes, which provide communication over a global satellite network to customers all over the world. Examples of recent innovative products are BGAN ground infrastructure stations including the satellite modems.
As a junior digital Hardware developer we expect you to have high interest within some of the following areas:
CPU, DSP and FPGA architecture and CPU interfaces etc.
Memory architecture. DDR3, DDR4, eMMC, SDRAM etc.
Ethernet (1/10GB or more) and USB Interfaces
Power management and Power Supply
Digital design, simulation and measurements
Environmental test and problem solving (Temperature, EMC, ESD, HALT etc.)
High speed ADC/DAC and serial data
To work with high performance communication equipment within satellite system ground station infrastructure.
The opportunity to participate in development from idea to specification and design, type approval and preparation to production.
A work process founded in an established development model in close operation with experienced teams of HW and SW developers.
