1st and 2nd shift Assembly Workers needed


This position is located in Davenport, Iowa.


Starting hourly wage is $21.47 per hour


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assembles and disassembles products, in any state, from partial to complete, following instructions on work/analysis sheets

  • Replaces malfunctioning parts and or sub-assemblies, as necessary

  • Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and reworks non-conforming units in order to return them to acceptable status

  • Uses a variety of hand and paper tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and measuring and test equipment to produce finished air regulation units that meet all stated requirements



Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of production assembly experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with reading blueprints, assembly drawings, sketches, and analysis sheets
  • Minimum of 1 year experience or training in diagnosing and troubleshooting units.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience using various power tools, jigs and fixtures.
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by export laws of the US.  In order to be eligible you must be either a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in gauges, measuring and test equipment preferred.
  • Must possess job-related math skills.
  • Must be able to follow both oral and written instructions when performing job duties.
  • Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills and must be able to get along with co-workers.
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision.

Department specifics experience:

Refueling Department

  • Ability to work in a confined space

  • Ability to work 2nd Shift

Release and Restraint

  • 1+ years of experience in electronic Soldering OR Sewing (Professional or Hobby)

Cryogenic Coolers

  • 1+ years of small component assembly experience

  • Sitting for extended periods of time

Air Separation

  • Must possess job-related math skills.
