The Enterprise Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the internal execution of Production and RMA tactical needs to support on time kit release, post kit release processing and on-time customer delivery. This is an individual contributor role designed to enhance Operational performance by bridging gaps that may exist between work cells or functional organizations. The Enterprise Delivery Coordinator is expected to cohesively work with all internal stakeholders across the functional matrix, supporting Value Stream objectives and organizational goals.


  • Coordinate with internal suppliers and oversee critical time sensitive value stream needs
  • Track and expedite hardware through the ‘hidden factory’ to maintain schedule success
  • Engage in Value Stream huddles as necessary and interact effectively with other EDCs
  • Support Stockroom-Supermarket-FIFO material flow to elevate lean line effectiveness             
  • Coordinate tactical priorities and execute material or delivery risk mitigation plans      
  • Seamlessly link Supply Chain, Front- and Back-End Operations to support collective objectives
  • Perform other tasks as prescribed by Operations leadership     

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED;
  • 4+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment (OR EQUIVALENT)
  • May be required to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Required advanced skills to perform all standard and advanced tasks assigned.
  • Communication skills: ability to receive messages by telephone, in person, electronically and in writing; ask questions and rephrase statements to clarify meaning; ability to read technical publications; communicate across organizational levels; ability to communicate with quality, integrity and respect in a way that inspires others and encourages innovation and possibilities;
  • Math skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs;
  • Computer skills: working in a networked environment using a Windows and/or Windows like interface using Microsoft office suite; ability to use SAP enterprise wide information system; working knowledge of Anzio, a plus;
  • Ability to work in a fast environment
  • Time Management & organizational skills: flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments; ability to maintain confidentiality;
