CAES Lansdale manufactures custom microwave antennas and components supporting the Aerospace and Defense Industries.
Cobham is seeking a Test Engineering Supervisor. This position oversees the activities associated with the planning, development and implementation of procedures for the testing and evaluation of standard and special devices. Specifies test to be performed, compiles data, and makes recommendations for changes required in testing equipment procedures, manufacturing processes, new testing requirements and/or design of testing equipment. Recommends the purchase of test equipment. Selects, develops and evaluations personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
· Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors according to established policies and management guidance
· Acts as advisor to unit and may be actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems
· Sets goals and objectives for team and the process by which to meet goals
· Conducts performance reviews bi-annually
· Maintains Key performance Indicators to track and improve team performance
· Maintains maintenance on Anechoic Chambers and positioners for RF testing.
·2+ years supervisory or team lead experience
·10+ years working in an RF Test environment
·In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship.
·Preference given to those in Aerospace or Defense Industry
·Active security clearance
·Intermediate skill with MS Excel; set up and formatting of spreadsheets, basic graphics and charts, maintaining large Excel spreadsheets
