CAES Exeter manufactures custom microwave antennas and components supporting the Aerospace and Defense Industries.

The Production Operator performs a wide variety of assembly operations to create precision electro-mechanical or electronic assemblies or sub-assemblies. The Production Operator determines and/or follows method and sequence of operations in performing, however not limited to such tasks as backending, turn machine and tread milling, hand soldering and mechanical assembly Using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance with drawing specifications and tolerances; disassembles precision assemblies and corrects malfunctions.  Operates automatic and semi-automatic assembly equipment and sets up and adjusts fixtures.

Able to read and understand drawings and procedures.
Ability to use different measuring devices (Vernier’s , Ruler , depth gauges, and Tape Measure).
Good hand & eye motor skills.
Knowledge of Basic hand tools.
Team player and able to follow basic instructions.
Must be able to prove US Citizenship

·Knowledge of RF cable assembly.
·Ability to identify basic connects such as SMA , Type N , TNC, BNC
