Key responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze and coordinate the preparation of the financial plan including income statement, balance sheet, cash flows and all supplemental data.
  • Prepare monthly forecast for all financial reports and weekly cash forecasts for internal and external use.
  • Performs a wide variety of complex financial / business analyses with regard to monthly, quarterly and annual submissions of financials within ISS.
  • Support analysis and negotiation of all rates and factors including the preparation for and support of DCAA, DCMC, external and internal audits.
  • Drive internal budget vs. actual reviews, including spending reductions, targets and prioritization.
  • Assist with many special projects as needed.
  • Create and prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for management.
  • Support Business Area and Site decision-making.
  • Provides regular and ad hoc financial analyses and information.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance or equivalent education
  • 7 + years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Experience within manufacturing environment
  • High energy level, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and Power Point) and Business Financial systems (Oracle a plus)
  • Flexibility and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments as expected
  • Must be a US Citizen
