Integrating CR&S into core business practices


At the heart of our Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CR&S) strategy is our commitment to act ethically, inspire our employees, innovate solutions and manage our environmental and social impacts directly, and through our business relationships.  


To do this we organise our CR&S strategy around four core business areas, People, Processes, Places and Products. This is illustrated in the diagram below.


Within these four areas we aim to integrate CR&S into our business practices including our corporate governance, long-range strategic plans, performance management systems, product development, and reporting & assurance processes. By integrating CR&S issues into these practices we can meet our commitments in our day-to-day operations.
