Manufacturing Engineer Principal

Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.  Interfaces with design engineering in the coordination of activities necessary for the release of new products.  Estimates manufacturing costs, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines.  Maintains records and reporting systems necessary for the coordination of manufacturing operations. Apply both Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Establish time studies, line layout and balance, 5’s, Visual Factory, Metrics, perform other duties as required.


High School Diploma, Engineering Degree, or Equivalent.

10-15 years’ experience in hybrid manufacturing environment.

Lean & Six Sigma experience, Minimum Green Belt.

Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office software.
