Plan, schedule and conduct research, analysis and coordination activities in support of program management operations.  Collects, analyses and summarizes program management data and prepares and issues reports as appropriate.  Interacts with customers regarding program tactical activities and initiatives.  Identifies areas of concern relative to program execution and prepares recommendations to address these concerns as appropriate.

  • Coordinate all RMA activities for returns from customer.  Assist with Building improvement activities as required.
  • Coordinate program team activities with regard to program related requirements and work. 
  • Responsible for all costs related to programs under his/her cognizance.
  • Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office software.
