The Missile Defense Regulator is a direct acting single stage unit designed to flow gas for pressurization of fuel and/or oxidizer tanks and actuation valves in rocket propulsion systems.

The high performance regulator achieves a tight outlet pressure tolerance through the use of a lightweight composite helical/Belleville spring system.

 

The fully qualified regulator design provides accurate pressure regulation with a high tolerance to random vibration and shock. The metal to Vespel seat, provides the regulator with excellent internal leakage performance and repeatable seating performance.

 

Missile Defense Regulators can be specially designed for a variant of environments and control parameters as specified by the customer.
