DAVENPORT, IA -- Allan Cook, Cobham CEO announced a new corporate organization structure this morning. This new structure consolidates six divisions into four and better focuses the businesses to serve the customer and pursue opportunities for growth.
Cobham Life Support Division (Davenport, Orchard Park and St Petersburg business units) becomes a strategic business unit within the new Cobham Mission Systems Division. Kelly Coffield, President of Cobham Life Support Division for the last two years will become President of the larger Mission Systems Division. Dean Cantrill becomes Vice President of the Life Support SBU which will now include and additional business unit located in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. Victoria Kauzlarich our Director of Human Resources will become the Mission Systems Vice President of HR.
