DAVENPORT, IA -- Victoria Kauzlarich, CLSS Director, Human Resources was recently promoted to a full time Divisional role as the Mission Systems Division Vice President of Human Resources.
Effective immediately, Rob Baugous is promoted to CLSS Director, Human Resources.
Rob first came to CLSS about 3 ½ years ago as our Employment Manager. I think he’s done an excellent job during this time. We have added many new people during this time and Rob has been responsible for improving our recruiting and selection process. He also has been very involved in our Lean transformation and was a valuable member of the company labor contract negotiating team back in 2006.
Rob has an additional seven years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience prior to coming to CLSS. He has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa and a Masters degree in Industrial Relations from Iowa State University.
