Aircraft Structure Manufacture, Repair and Prototype Development

With an unparalleled depth and range of skilled and expertise available, Cobham's Manufacturing & Support Services department offers capability for manufacture and repair of many aircraft parts and structures, augmented with Nadcap accredited aluminium and steel heat-treatment facilities and a full range of non-destructive testing processes. Additionally, Cobham offers paint finishing for detailed components through to large structures and complete aircraft refinishing.

Cobham operate from dedicated facilities at Bournemouth International Airport, Christchurch, Dorset and are supported by Cobham's in-house Design Organisation.

Manufacturing and Support Services can offer rapid prototype development and concurrent engineering to meet challenging AOG Customer requirements. With an extensive range of EASA, UK MoD, CAA, FAA and ISO approvals and Nadcap accreditations, Cobham's Manufacturing and Support Services facility can support any manufacturing, modification or maintenance either on-site or at the Customers' facility.
