Cobham India

Cobham's relationship with India dates from 1924, when company
founder Sir Alan Cobham surveyed airfield sites for use on long
distance international air routes.
The company has been a trusted supplier to the
Indian defence forces for more than 20 years, providing avionics
for the HAL Dhruv helicopter, systems for Indian Air Force Jaguar,
Hawk and LCA aircraft, , helicopter navigation and identification
equipment for the Indian Navy and communications antennas for the
army.
Cobham is expanding its in-country presence through a newly
established subsidiary, Cobham India Private Limited, opening in
2010 with offices in both Delhi and Bangalore.
