With 60 years experience, Cobham Antenna Systems is a world leader in the design and manufacture of communication systems and navigation antennas that enable people and systems to communicate on land, in the air and at sea. Thousands of innovative designs and solutions have been developed for communications applications, from the Lynx Mk7 helicopter to the T-50 Golden Eagle, from the Type 45 Destroyer to the A380, from Heathrow Terminal 5 to St. Pancras International Station. 

Aerodynamically efficient products are provided for airborne applications that meet the demand for multi-band, frequency hopping radios, tunable antennas and filters. The antenna products are complemented by a range of RF and digital applications including miniature interference cancellation (mINCAN), direction finding products and systems that meet the increasing demand for communications on the move, including anti-jam GPS. 

Cobham Antenna Systems has a full range of land based antenna products including low maintenance, lightweight telescopic mast/antenna systems that can rise to 150 feet and are essential in difficult terrain. Other products include man-pack antenna systems, largely for the military, and TETRA radio systems for the emergency services.  

A complementary range of high performance radomes and composite products for the aerospace industry are also designed and manufactured by Cobham Antennas, including the complete suite of radomes for the Eurofighter Typhoon. This composite knowledge is used in the design and manufacture of mobile telescopic light weight composite masts, ranging from plain masts to complete mast systems including antenna pointing devices and vehicle mounting systems
