Highly concerned with the quality of selected equipments, we only supply new or OHC material with either original manufacturer certificate or FAA 8130 and or JAA Form 1 certificate.
Our permanent tracking control system offers the possibility to keep trace of the origin of the material without any limitation in time as requested by the regulation.

Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT)
SATORI is the only international distributor of airborne locator transmitters (ELT) manufactured by its parent company AIR PRECISION.
How the locators work:
• They are compatible with the COSPAS-SARSAT system which consists of a series of satellites
• Those detect distress beacons and relay the radio signals to ground based control centres (CMM) world-wide
• CMM are responsible for locating the beacon and initiating search operations when a beacon transmits
Using 406Mhz beacons enables a faster and more precise localisation than bi-frequency 121.5 and 243 Mhz beacons.
They emit the registration details of the aircraft in which they are installed, for 48 hours (at –20°C and for longer at normal temperatures).
The beacons are usually installed in the upper rear fuselage. They are also portable.
Beacons can be set :
• Manually
• From the cockpit
• Or automatically by the crash sensor included in the beacons (g-switch)
Emergency locator transmitter available :
• Bi frequency ELT 121.5 and 243 Mhz (PN : ELT90/ELT/91)
• Tri frequency ELT 121.5, 243 and 406 Mhz (PN : ELT96/ELT97). The 406 Mhz beacons have an auto test function.
