Troubleshooting/Repair

If you experience problems with any of our equipment and have not been able to correct the problem after reading the owner's manual, please contact our customer service department at (760) 496-0055. Every effort will be made to correct the problem via phone support.

If it is determined that the unit needs to be returned to GMS for repair, an RMA# (Repair Authorization number) will be issued. GMS will not accept any repairs without Repair Authorization number.

Warranty period is one year from date of purchase; it includes parts and labor as well as return freight to customer.


Equipment repair cost if unit is not under warranty:

  1. Minimum charge of $200 for evaluation (this will be charged even if you decide not to have repair performed).
  2. GMS is authorized to perform repair up to max. of $500 repair charge.
  3. GMS will submit repair estimate for your approval for repairs above $500.
Payment: Prepay, COD or credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) unless credit terms have previously been established.
