Motor Cross coverage

On this page we are displaying an example where both FM and COFDM links were used in a Motor Cross event. The NT (micro-miniature FM transmitter) was used in the helmet camera and the MDL broadcast was used in the chase bike camera.

This video clip shows both the handlebar mounted cam video through the FM link (NT and MR) and the Chase-bike video using the "MDL broadcast" link. During this event we also found that the MDL can eliminate the need for relay helicopter/ plane for covering in-car cameras on the track. This will save the cost of the helicopter and the additional relay microwave links. Also it was determined that the MDL can eliminate the need for the RF pointer (Stick man) for Pit cameras.
