First 6.5Ghz wireless DVB-T COFDM fan cam

Pat Jordan, Audio/Visual manager at Invesco Field, called GMS for a wireless video system to use as a wireless fan cam during their events. They are well aware of the interference problems associated with heavily congested, 2.4/ 5.8 GHz “license free bands”. So they decided to operate their wireless camera link in the licensed 6.5 GHz band. GMS was able to fill their requirement with the 6.425-6.525 GHz Standard Definition Messenger Transmitter and Messenger Smart Receiver. They are very happy with the wireless coverage they were able to achieve with their system.
