Composite Products specializes in matched metal, net shape compression molding of complex shape, high tolerance structural components. We have extensive production experience molding both continuously- and discontin-uously-reinforced materials and integrating metal attachments into the molded part to reduce secondary operations. Our production facilities are well equipped for high volume production and include custom designed molding cells; our longest continuously operating compression molding line is configured to produce 15,000 parts per year. This line has produced over 150,000 parts to date. Lean manufacturing cells are designed and qualified by our in-house manufac-turing, engineering and production staff to optimize the production process and reduce touch labor. |
