Connectivity

Connectivity is the vital bandwidth link allowing commerce to continue, emergency supplies to be directed, and personnel to be located at critical locations at critical times.  TracStar offers a variety of Bandwidth On Demand solutions including Voice service and phone termination to the PSTN at the satellite HUB.

Satellite Connectivity - TracStar provides Full Time Bandwidth plans for the high demand user, and two different Part Time Bandwidth plans for the occasional user.  Bandwidth On Demand allows the user to contract to a fixed level of service - with the flexibility to increase bandwidth when high demand usage levels are required. A single phone call to TracStar and the bandwidth can be increased - usually within an hour.

TracVsat

The TracVsat solution provides satellite service into iDirect platform networks for domestic US and some Central America and Caribbean applications. Five day, ten day and monthly service plans are available as are Bandwidth on Demand plans. Standard bandwidth solutions from 128/512Kbps to 1024/1500Kbps are available. Custom packages available for higher bandwidths. VoIP termination at satellite HUB available through TracStar Systems.

XtremeSat

The Xtremesat solution provides satellite service into an Advantech network for domestic US applications. Five day, ten day and monthly service plans are available as are Bandwidth on Demand plans. Standard bandwidth solutions from 128/512Kbps to 1024/1500Kbps are available. Custom packages available for higher bandwidths. VoIP termination at satellite HUB available through TracStar Systems.

SkyEdge System

The SkyEdge / SkyEdge II solution provides satellite service into a Gilat network for domestic US applications and Alaska. A variety of service plans are available. Standard bandwidth solutions from 128/1024Kbps to 1024/1024Kbps. VoIP termination available through Spacenet.

Voice Over IP - TracStar provides connectivity of your VoIP lines to the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) at the satellite hub.  Our phone equipment at the hub ensures your voice connection will be of the highest possible quality with minimal impact from congested Internet routes.  Phone equipment is commercial and compatible with all major equipment providers.  Phone plans provide monthly minutes that can be minimized for 1 phone or the available minutes can shared by all phones in the connection plan.

FAX Services

FAXing over satellite can be frustrating. FAX's require a fair amount of bandwidth and are impacted by any noise or jitter, even latency of the satellite connection. Missed FAX's due to the satellite antenna not being deployed yet can also be problematic.

TracStar's FAX service virtually eliminates the traditional issues with FAXing over satellite and ensures you will never again miss a FAX while enroute to your destination.  With a FAX server in place, FAXing can take place 24x7, even when the satellite system is off-line. Once on-line, the server updates the remote site with all queued data.

Radio Over IP - TracStar provides solutions to ensure true interoperability of commercial solutions.  When interoperability systems don't talk to one another, we provide a true IP cloud where any IP based product can talk to any other IP based product. Talk groups can consist of any group of people located at multiple global locations.
