Inmarsat antenna for remote use with Regional BGAN solution - update

The dual polar Regional BGAN external antenna model FPA17-17RL/1020 has been superseded by model FPA17-RBGAN/1281 The new antenna has right hand circular polarisation only and is exactly the same configuration as the previous model. The new antenna is even smaller, and measures 572x305x10.4mm (22.5x12x0.41 inches). European Antennas has been able to increase the efficiency of the new antenna and therefore now provides a 15m cable instead of 12m cable which was with the original product. This new antenna has been in production since January 2006 and is being deployed for use with the new I4 satellites (Indian Ocean and Atlantic West).
