Antennas for PMR and Tetra from

Omni and directional antennas are used within many public service organisations for PMR and Tetra applications. Special designs enable antennas to be small, discreet and robust, suitable for harsh environments.

This particular antenna was developed as usually omni antennas at this low frequency would be very large, but the proposed location of meant that there was a low ceiling height meant that there were severe restrictions as to its size.  This unusual flush-mounting omni-directional antenna has been designed to fit within its proposed location whilst still maintains high specification beam patterns.  Rugged enough to withstand extreme temperatures, it was neutrally coloured to blend in with its surroundings. A flying lead was a significant benefit enabling simplification of installation.  Antenna model: OA1-0.42V/1316, 380MHz to 470MHz, measuring 239 x 395mm dia (9" x 15")
