This high-performance Cobham antenna demanded a high-quality three-axes motorised mount to ensure accurate positioning and alignment with its target satellite.
The combination of Cobham's Diamond antennas and AvL's positioners has provided worldwide broadcasters with leading-edge vehicle-mounted and flyaway satellite news gathering systems, bringing live news stories to the public as they happen.
Cobham Technical Services also delivers high-quality C, Ku and Ka-band feed systems to AvL to ensure optimum RF performance is achieved in broadcast antenna systems.
