Dynamic simulation of electromagnetic fields include eddy currents produced by time varying sources. In Opera-2d these can be ac, transient or dc fields moving in the model. Windings in the model can be connected to external circuits which may be defined through a circuit layout window. Alternatively the transient simulation may be connected to the Simulink system simulator. |
