Restriction of Hasardous Substances
Cobham Microwave provides RoHS compliant products.
According to the European directive, effective since 1st July 2006, RoHS compliant products do not contain any of the following restricted substances:
- Lead (Pb)
- Hexavalent chromium (Cr +6)
- Mercury (Hg)
- Polybrominated biphenyl (PBB)
- Cadmium (Cd)
Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE)
Cobham Microwave still provides conventional solder termination finishes for Space and Defense applications, which are exempt from lead restriction.
