PIN Diode Switches

Cobham Microwave supplies a complete series of Silicon PIN diode switches covering frequencies from 10 MHz to 18 GHz in octave or multi-octave bandwidth. They are available in both packaged and surface mount version. Switches are designed by selecting silicon diodes and optimizing the assembly for high performances purposes.
Our microelectronics design and manufacturing expertise allow us to supply switches with excellent isolation characteristics and very low losses. They are ideally suited for signal control in commercial and defence applications such as ECM, EW.

S1, SR, S2 and SH series PIN diode switches have been designed for better performances on power, switching speed and VSWR.
Options for an integrated TTL driver to provide lower switching time are available.
