PIN Diode Attenuator

PIN diode attenuators are mainly used in applications where control power level is needed (AGC - Automatic Gain Control). These attenuators are current-controlled and can be supplied in a wide range of frequency from 0.5 to 18 GHz. They provide a wide dynamic range up to 48 dB with high performances, and bandwidth greater than octave bandwidth.

Axxx series Silicon PIN diode attenuators are designed for narrow and broadband application with high power capability up to 5 W CW. Chelton Telecom & Microwave offers small and hermetic packages for better integration and custom design.
